the role:

The Creative Producer sits at the heart of the ONA creative development and production process. You will partner closely with the Account Leads and Creative Directors to remove roadblocks, uphold creative integrity, stay within established budgets, and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned from concept through to final delivery. Candidates should come with an eye for details big or small as well as a passion for sport and culture.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

CREATIVE WORKFLOW & SCOPING

  • Translate Concepts: Turn creative ideas into fully executable production plans. Build shot lists, mood boards, production references, and creative capture plans.

CONTENT CAPTURE & POST-PRODUCTION (PHOTO/VIDEO)

  • Lead On-Set Production: Support pre-production (schedules, talent notes) and provide active on-set support. Brief talent and crew, support styling/HMU from a creative eye, and review footage in real-time to flag creative gaps.

  • Manage Post-Production Workflows: Liaise with editors, colorists, VFX, and audio vendors to oversee post-production timeline. Review final assets for quality, specs, brand standards, and accurate naming prior to internal review with CD and ECD.

  • Ensure Flawless Delivery: Organize footage, selects, folders, and delivery systems so assets are delivered cleanly, correctly, and on time for client campaign launches.

OPERATIONS, BUDGET & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Source & Manage Partners: Source and manage a diverse roster of vendors such as photographers, DPs, editors, creators, and production houses.

  • Own the Budget & Schedule: Maintain strict oversight of approved production budgets and timelines. Negotiate costs, identify efficiencies without compromising design intent, and ensure milestones are met.

  • Build Agency SOPs: Maintain clear project organization across all documentation. Help develop and improve agency Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for content capture, post-production handoffs, and archiving.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Experience: 4+ years in creative production, with a strong background in creative content production (photo/video/social) live events and agency experience a plus.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep experience and comfort level working in sports, culture, lifestyle, and brand content. Comfortable working with athletes, talent, creators, and diverse production crews.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of photo/video post-production workflows. Ability to shoot/edit social-first content when needed is a plus.

  • Agility & Organization: Highly organized with exceptional follow-through. Comfortable taking ambiguous direction and turning it into an actionable, trackable plan.

  • Communication: A direct, confident communicator who can receive feedback quickly and adjust accordingly.

  • Creative Tools:  Proficient use of Slack, Monday.com, Box, Google Workspace, and Keynote and Figma. Use of generative AI for research and workflow optimization is a must.
